An hour long session tailored to what you need.

6 Week Programme

Includes your weekly 1-2-1 session, personalised training programme to complete in between sessions, a weigh in at start and end of 6 weeks, and online check-in to track the progress throughout.

12 Week Package

with 10 percent discount.  ( A saving of £42)

Includes your weekly 1-2-1 session, personalised training programme to complete in between sessions, 4 weekly weigh-ins and online check-in to track the progress throughout. PLUS a journal to track your progress.


What is Online Personal Training/Online Coaching?

Online Personal Training with Laura is a new and exciting way for Laura to offer her Fitness Coaching and motivation to help you and achieve life changing transformation wherever you are in the World. It can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability.

How does Online Personal Training/Online coaching work?

Laura isn’t a coach who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on. Laura will create a plan specific to you, to help you achieve your personal health, fitness and body composition goals.

And the fun won’t stop there! Once you receive your plan you will be supported, motivated and guided every step of the way through your body transformation with weekly accountability check-ins, and contact via phone, text, WhatsApp or email.

What will happen?

Step 1: Complete a pre screen form

Have an initial phone call/skype/virtual call to discuss your goals, training history, diet, habits and current fitness levels, to give Laura all the information needed to create your Personal Online Training Programme.

Step 2: receive your bespoke 6 week plan to follow

Step 3: receive access to our online video and homeworkout portal and online support group

step 4: receive weekly accountability check in with Laura and reassess plan for following week

Step 5: Graduate with some great results if you stuck to the plan
