Laura’s fun and effective Ladies Only Wednesday night workout combines strength training with cardio activity and stretching – all in just 30 minutes – to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn more fat and tone your body. It is safe, efficient and effective for women of all ages and fitness levels, and you’ll be exercising in an environment that’s comfortable and welcoming. By getting stronger, increasing your flexibility and working to prevent injury, you are setting the stage for your healthier, more active future.

Each class ends with:

  1. some core work
  2. a stretch
  3. and chat and goal setting


Specially designed for women, each low-impact machine works at least two muscle groups and as many as four at one time because you push and pull, rather than lift and lower weight. This saves you time. Alternating upper body, lower body and core muscles, Laura’s circuit provides a full body workout in just 30 minutes. The hydraulic system means EVERYONE can work at their own rate…. easy or hard depending on your goals, age, and fitness. And they are SIMPLE to use. NO changing the seat heights and decided what weight you should use, saving you from that embarrassing ‘People are looking at me because I don’t know what I am doing feeling’.

Laura adapts each exercise whilst you are working out so regardless of if you very unfit, returning to exercise, or training to be an elite athlete, Laura will get you working at that needed intensity. It can be easy for those that need it to be easy and hard for those that want it to be hard.
